Lead Enterprise Architect (Salesforce Architect)

As a highly experienced and versatile Salesforce Architect, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation to ensure Salesforce becomes an enabler of business transformation and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: - Engaging with cross-functional business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify Salesforce-driven solutions. - Designing scalable and secure end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and governance frameworks. - Leading the architectural design of custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, APIs, and integrations. - Providing technical leadership and mentorship to developers and administrators. - Conducting architecture and code reviews, and collaborating in application testing to ensure high-quality delivery. - Aligning Salesforce strategy with overall IT strategy and maintaining a roadmap for platform usage. - Managing technical workshops, demos, and presentations for stakeholders. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field. - 8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform architecture, design, and implementation. - Proven experience in Solution and Technical Architect roles within Salesforce projects. - Deep knowledge of Salesforce cloud solutions, AppExchange ecosystems, and Enterprise IT architecture. - Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs. - Familiarity with data modeling, integration design, data migration, and performance tuning. - Strong understanding of Salesforce security models and enterprise integration patterns. - Salesforce Architect certifications strongly preferred. - Excellent communication skills to convey technical solutions to business stakeholders. Preferred skills include experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps practices, and tools like Jira, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.
