Lead Engineering Architect

As a Lead Engineering Architect with 15+ years of experience, your role will involve shaping product strategies and solutions, with a minimum of 5+ years leading the Technology Stream. Your experience in relevant technology trends, preferably in BFSI/Banks, will be crucial. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing enterprise-grade, high-volume web application platforms and state-of-the-art technical solutions using Java and JEE platform technologies. - Providing hands-on guidance and mentorship to Java development teams. - Leading project teams of Java, Front-end, and Database developers. - Applying Test Driven Development practices and software quality measurement tools.
