Lead Engineer - Mechanical Component

As a Mechanical Condenser Lead Engineer at Arabelle Solutions, you will be responsible for the mechanical design of condensers, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and internal rules. Your role will involve performing analytical mechanical calculations, sizing equipment, checking manufacturing drawings, and participating in design reviews. You will collaborate with thermal engineering and manufacturing teams to optimize designs and communicate assumptions to the mechanical integrity team. Key Responsibilities: - Perform analytical mechanical calculations for product sizing during tender phase - Analyze contracts and technical specifications to identify critical areas - Size equipment considering client specifications, regulations, internal instructions, input data, and codes - Check manufacturing drawings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements - Collaborate with various teams for design optimization and problem-solving - Contribute to updating design rules and proposing design improvements and cost reduction initiatives - Review concession requests and non-conformity reports related to product manufacturing - Ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations, including Nuclear Safety requirements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering - 5+ years of experience in engineering, preferably in the energy sector - Solid knowledge of mechanical engineering and structure codes - Familiarity with FEA principles and software like ANSYS - Experience with pressure vessel codes and heat exchange equipment standards - Proficiency in engineering technical drawings and CAD tools - Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team - Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving - Fluent in English Join Arabelle Solutions, where diversity strengthens teams and businesses.
