Lead Engineer I (.Net Full Stack)

Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications using .NET technologies. - Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices and architectural standards. - Review and optimize existing code for performance and maintainability. - Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends. - Implement unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing strategies. - Ensure compliance with security best practices and data protection policies. - Identify and mitigate technical risks in application development. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues efficiently. - Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with front-end applications. - Participate in Agile development methodologies such as Scrum. - Design and develop software engineering strategies. - Mentor and coach employees, lead team meetings, and provide direction on technological changes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technologies required, or equivalent experience. - 9+ years" experience in a software engineer role. - Expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework. - Strong front-end development skills in React/Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3. - Hands-on experience with SQL Server databases. - Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. - Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices. - Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, Identity Server. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence. - Excellent ability to work in a changing, dynamic environment. - Ability to provide accurate and reliable estimates. - Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.,
