Lead Engineer Full Stack, VP

Role Overview: As a Lead Engineer Full Stack at Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, you will be part of the Treasury Technology team responsible for the design, build, and operation of DB's Treasury trading, balance management, and Liquidity Reporting ecosystem. Collaborating with the Treasury business, you will deliver technology solutions to enhance organizational liquidity management and efficiencies, including handling a significant regulatory agenda. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality software within an agile development lifecycle - Define and evolve architecture of components, contributing to architectural decisions at department and bank-wide levels - Bring industry knowledge to support CI/CD pipeline, leveraging design patterns and automation - Contribute to wider domain goals for consistent software development standards - Implement robust engineering practices - Manage and lead teams, provide mentorship, discover new techniques, and lead by example Qualifications Required: - 12-18 years of IT industry experience with Java Programming, XML, and Oracle SQL/PLSQL skills - Proficiency in Spring Frameworks, Spring Boot, Web Services (REST/SOAP) - Familiarity with TDD, BDD, testing frameworks (Junit, Cucumber, Selenium) - Experience in agile delivery framework, distributed version control tools (Git, Github, BitBucket), CI systems (Jenkins), SOA or Microservices - Knowledge of OpenShift Container Platform, Public Cloud, and UI Frameworks like Angular or ReactJS - Degree in Computer/Data Science or equivalent qualification/work experience,
