Lead Engineer- Full Stack

In this role as a Tech Lead (Full Stack), you will be responsible for taking ownership of the end-to-end development lifecycle of the company's products. Your primary tasks and responsibilities will include: - Working closely with product managers, frontend and backend developers, and other stakeholders to shape and deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions. - Writing clean, maintainable code and guiding and mentoring the development team. - Contributing to architectural decisions and leading discussions around technical feasibility and product requirements. Qualifications required for this position: - Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. - Strong knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular. - Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java. - Excellent communication and leadership skills.
