About the Role

Lead Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of

  scalable, high-performance web applications

  .
• Architect and implement solutions using

  Node.js, React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript

  .
• Integrate and leverage

  GenAI technologies

  such as:
• LLM-based APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Gemini, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical direction and deliver high-impact features.
• Mentor and guide engineers, ensuring code quality, performance, and best engineering practices.
• Break down complex product requirements into manageable development tasks and technical solutions.
• Utilize

  AWS cloud services

  to deployments and application setups.
• Participate in

  Agile/Scrum

  ceremonies using

  Jira

  for planning, tracking, and delivery.
• Apply strong Git workflows for version control, branching strategies, and CI/CD.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and enhance application reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years

  of hands-on development experience delivering production-quality applications.
• Strong expertise in:

• Node.js

• React.js

• Next.js

• JavaScript

• TypeScript

• Experience leading modules or building scalable applications

  from scratch

  .
• Proven experience with

  AWS services

  (Lambda, EC2, S3, etc).
• Experience integrating or working with

  GenAI platforms

  or APIs.
• Working knowledge of

  Agile methodologies

  and tools like

  Jira

  .
• Strong proficiency with

  Git

  and collaborative development workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and architectural design skills.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with

  Python

  for automation, backend APIs, or AI pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with

  AI agents

  , RAG architectures, or prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD tooling.
• Experience with performance tuning and distributed system design.
