Competencies CAD tool, 2D drawing and GD&T, Engine design, Durability / reliability, Engine design - Analysis, Manufacturing process - Casting, machining Innovation skill, Integrity, Communication, Resilience, Empowering the team, Adaptability, Skill to colloboration and team work Responsibilities Lead - First time right - Quality product and easy to manufacture - Design release process Lead design to target cost - Choose the right material and lead to deliver optimsied design Lead benchmarking activity and knowledge in the global product landscape Strong in engine component supplier network - Interact with right suppliers to deliver the first time right components Lead the team to colloborate with quality to accomplish quality targets Motivate the team to engage with manufuacturing engg to support design to manufacturing Support after market / customer to meet the service requirement and lead Field issue's problem resolution - Cause effect analysis skill
