Job Title: Lead Engineer C++ & Java

Location

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a development team, including task allocation and progress monitoring.
Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to team members.
Ensure quality, performance, and reliability in all deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
Strong C++ and Java Experience. 9 years level lead positions.
Standard Template Library (STL) usage including containers, algorithms, iterators
Thread creation and management using C++ threads
Using debuggers (like GDB) to identify and fix errors, Profiling tools to analyze performance bottlenecks
Experience with CC and Python with knowledge of standard library, STL containers, OOP and OOAD
Understand of operating systems and device driver fundamentals
Knowledge of memory management, multi-threading and code efficiencies
