Lead Engineer - Bridges

Take responsibility for Rail bridge design, Viaduct & Structure design
Having experience of designing steel bridges, complex bridges Assisting in the overall project management from conception to development and project completion Responsible for managing the Engineers of different ranks, liaising with sub-agencies and building relationship with clients, architects, consultants, contractors Co-ordinating work between different disciplines Prepare reports and calculations in line with International Codes of Practice (AREMA, AASTHO, EURO, BS) Plan and deliver bridge surveys and inspections including recording of all relevant information Can perform bridge assessment calculation and report Manage delivery of projects take responsibility for budget and resource deployment on projects Take responsibility for project delivery to agreed budgets Preparation of estimates for work items Identify scope change items Knowledge of working on big multi-disciplinary projects on BIM Co-ordinating work between different disciplines Can prepare contractual claims arising out of any change in the contract conditions Manage resources at a project level to ensure utilization and productivity is maintained Ensure compliance of the Systra Group policies, particularly on ethics, safety and adherence to Company ISO Standards
