As the team grows, you will also be responsible for recruiting and leading additional engineering talent. To be successful in this role, you should have 7-12 years of experience in full-stack engineering with a proven track record in AI/ML integration. Experience in building SaaS or simulation-based platforms, expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Firebase or equivalent backend stack, and a strong understanding of AI orchestration are essential. You should also have experience in designing scalable architectures, leading technical teams, and the ability to build fast MVPs without sacrificing scalability and performance.
