As a Lead Engineer at our company, you will play a vital role in expanding our engineering team to enhance our next-generation AI-powered platform. This platform delivers interactive, role-based experiences at scale by blending AI, workflow automation, and immersive interfaces. The product serves enterprise, education, and professional development markets. Your primary responsibilities will include leading the architecture, development, and integration of AI-driven workflows and interactive experiences. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to translate high-level concepts into robust technical solutions. Additionally, you will implement multi-layered AI orchestration using frameworks such as LangChain, vector databases, and memory systems. Ensuring seamless integration between front-end, backend, and AI components will be crucial, along with managing timelines and deliverables while maintaining high code quality. As the team grows, you will also be responsible for recruiting and leading additional engineering talent. To be successful in this role, you should have 7-12 years of experience in full-stack engineering with a proven track record in AI/ML integration. Experience in building SaaS or simulation-based platforms, expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Firebase or equivalent backend stack, and a strong understanding of AI orchestration are essential. You should also have experience in designing scalable architectures, leading technical teams, and the ability to build fast MVPs without sacrificing scalability and performance.
