Lead Embedded Developer

You are a highly skilled and motivated Lead Embedded Developer responsible for designing, developing, and testing high-performance embedded systems. Your role involves providing technical leadership, overseeing architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions. - Lead the design, development, and testing of embedded firmware for real-time, mission-critical applications. - Drive technical decisions, system architecture, and conduct code reviews for embedded systems projects. - Collaborate with hardware, software, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. - Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality code. - Evaluate and incorporate new technologies and protocols as required. Requirements: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in embedded firmware development, with 1-2 years in a technical leadership role. - Strong knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS). - Proficiency in embedded communication protocols like SPI, I2C, UART, and RS485. - Understanding of embedded systems architecture and performance optimization. - Hands-on experience with ARM and Xtensa microcontroller architectures. - Familiarity with wireless technologies and stacks such as LoRa, Bluetooth, and LTE. - Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
