Lead Electronics & Production Manager

As a Lead Electronics & Production Manager at Evobi Automations Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in overseeing electronic product development, managing production processes, ensuring quality control standards, and coordinating with different departments to meet project deadlines. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and supervising the production team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and on-time delivery of electronic products. - Overseeing all on-floor Quality Control (QC) and testing, from components to final assembly, including PCB assembly and Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes. - Planning, monitoring, and improving PCB manufacturing and SMT line operations to ensure adherence to quality, yield, and safety standards. - Performing deep debugging and root-cause analysis of hardware failures during production or testing. - Developing, maintaining, and enhancing manufacturing test jigs, fixtures, QC protocols, and production processes. - Creating and updating precise technical documentation for assembly, testing, and production procedures. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering or a related field. - 2-6 years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, hardware testing, or quality assurance. - 2-6 years of experience managing a production team or supervising manufacturing operations. - Solid understanding of PCB fabrication/assembly and SMT processes, with strong debugging skills in analog and digital circuits. - Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other electronics diagnostics tools. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership.
