Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Electronics & Production Manager located in Bengaluru. The Lead Electronics & Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing electronic product development, managing production processes, ensuring quality control standards are met, and coordinating with different departments to meet project deadlines. This role involves both hands-on electronics design and strategic management of production workflows. We are seeking a highly observant candidate, to own the technical quality of our manufacturing process and lead our production team.

We deliver end-to-end product design and manufacturingfrom industrial design, embedded engineering, PCB assembly (SMT), to full system integration, prototyping, testing, and packaging!

Qualifications

• Lead and supervise the production team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and on-time delivery of electronic products.
• Oversee all on-floor Quality Control (QC) and testing, from components to final assembly, including PCB assembly and Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes.
• Plan, monitor, and improve PCB manufacturing and SMT line operations, ensuring adherence to quality, yield, and safety standards.
• Perform deep debugging and root-cause analysis of hardware failures during production or testing.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance manufacturing test jigs, fixtures, QC protocols, and production processes.
• Create and update precise technical documentation for assembly, testing, and production procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• 12 years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, hardware testing, or quality assurance.
• 12 years of experience managing a production team or supervising manufacturing operations.
• Solid understanding of PCB fabrication/assembly and SMT processes, with strong debugging skills in analog and digital circuits.
• Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other electronics diagnostics tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership.
