We are looking for a highly observant Lead Electronics Engineer to own the technical quality of our manufacturing process. You will be the critical link between our designs and our final, reliable products. This role is for someone who excels at debugging, has an obsessive eye for detail, and wants to take on significant ownership to grow their career fast. As a "Lead Engineer," you will be the go-to technical expert for our entire manufacturing quality process.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all on-floor Quality Control (QC) and testing for our electronic products, from components to final assembly.
• Be the primary expert for debugging and root-cause analysis of any hardware failures found during production or testing.
• Own and continuously improve our manufacturing test jigs, fixtures, and QC protocols to enhance product reliability.
• Maintain meticulous technical documentation for assembly and testing, ensuring the production team can execute flawlessly.

You Are a Great Fit If You Have:

• A degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, hardware testing, or a quality assurance role.
• Exceptional skills in debugging and troubleshooting analog and digital circuits.
• A sharp eye for detailyou are the person who notices things others miss.
• Hands-on experience with electronics test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.).
• A powerful sense of ownership and the personal drive to solve challenges independently.
