Job Description

As a Lead Electrical Systems Design, your role involves managing the design for all Electrical Systems in new and refurbishment projects for commercial office buildings and campuses, encompassing High side and Low side systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and executing UPS Systems, DG Back up power systems, HSD yard, Substations for campuses, FA/PA systems, interior and exterior lighting - Designing and implementing Access Control & CCTV Systems for buildings and campuses - Reviewing and optimizing design, BOQ, and specifications for all works - Upgrading standards and specifications to align with code requirements such as National Building Code 2016, ECBC, USGBC LEED, and other applicable codes and green building guidelines - Conducting technical and commercial evaluation of vendor proposals, preparing comparisons, and providing recommendations - Managing execution with vendor partners to ensure successful and timely project completion - Overseeing the complete life cycle from design to commissioning independently - Identifying opportunities for retrofits/improvements in the campus according to organizational standards - Ensuring operations quality and driving Operations Excellence - Promoting innovation and incorporating the latest technologies to develop world-class buildings and campuses - Managing other Infrastructure related works Your qualifications should include a BE in Electrical or equivalent with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience. Your expertise in Electrical Systems design and project management will be crucial in ensuring the successful implementation of projects.,
