Job Description

As a Lead Electrical Systems Design, your role involves managing the design of all Electrical Systems for new and refurbishment projects. This includes designing Electrical Systems for Commercial Office Buildings and campuses on both the High side and Low side. Your responsibilities will also include the design and execution of UPS Systems, DG Back up power systems, HSD yard, Substations for campuses, FA/PA systems, interior and exterior lighting. You will also be responsible for designing and executing Access Control & CCTV Systems for buildings and campuses. Key Responsibilities: - Review and optimize design, BOQ, specifications for all works - Upgrade standards and specifications to remain relevant and in line with code requirements such as NBC 2016, ECBC, USGBC LEED, and other applicable codes and green building guidelines - Conduct technical and commercial evaluation of vendor proposals, prepare comparisons, and make recommendations - Manage execution with the help of vendor partners to ensure successful and timely completion of projects - Independently manage the complete life cycle from design to commissioning - Identify opportunities for retrofits/improvements in campus in alignment with the organization's set standards - Oversee operations quality and drive Operations Excellence - Drive innovation and incorporate latest technologies to produce world class buildings and campuses - Manage other Infrastructure related works Qualifications Required: - BE in Electrical or equivalent - 8 to 15 years of relevant experience If there are any additional details about the company mentioned in the job description, kindly provide them for a more comprehensive understanding of the role.,
