Lead Electrical Designer

ROLE SUMMARY

Professionals with Degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 15 years of relevant engineering experience, leading O&G projects. Having good knowledge with experience in FEED and Detail Engineering. The position requires strong people management and leadership skills, with a focus on team coordination, talent development, and performance optimization. Experience in manpower and manhour estimation, resource allocation. Capable to provide support on technical aspects for the proper development of complex Oil & Gas projects. Experience in PMT/PMC is desirable.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate electrical design team
• Manage schedules, planning
• Team development
• Interact and collaborate with rest of technical disciplines involved
• Ability to deal with change and demostrate flexibility as required
• Demostrate awareness and commitment to health, safety and environmental issued
• Designing indoor and outdoor Substations
• Experience in Model Reviews

Technical Skills

• Lighting Calculation: DIALUX, EVO
• 2D tools: AUTOCAD, MICROSTATION
• 3D tools: Mainly SP3D and Smartsketch. Knowledge in PDS, PDMS, & E3D is also welcome
• 3D Model Review tools: SMART PLANT REVIEW, NAVISWORKS
• MICROSOFT OFFICE (Excel functions and macros) is welcome
• Cable tray, cable routing, lighting, grounding, power and substation design
