Lead Digital Acquisition Manager

The Lead - Digital Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading the digital acquisition of new customers through various channels for a specific product or set of products. In this role, you will collaborate with Business unit (BU) heads to drive customer acquisition across channels, own and deliver on business goals for respective product/s, manage a marketing budget, agency and vendor relationships, and optimize creative, messaging, and acquisition landing pages & journeys to generate business results tied to KPIs. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing and tracking monthly budget and performance to ensure key performance indicators are efficiently met month over month, utilizing reporting to ensure KPIs are met week on week and month on month, and staying updated on industry trends to develop ongoing subject matter expertise in the digital acquisition/online media & marketing space. Key Skills required for this role include proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Data Analysis, and Media Planning. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in technology-related fields such as Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA), Bachelor of Engineering (BE), or Bachelor of Science (B.Sc). Post-graduation qualifications like Master of Technology (M.Tech), Master of Computer Applications (MCA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or Master of Science (M.Sc) are also preferred. The desired candidate should possess 10-18 years of relevant experience in digital acquisition, online media, and marketing.,
