Job Description

Design and develop complex, scalable architectural solutions for critical platform modules.
Write production-grade code for high-scale systems handling 2x 4x annual growth.
Lead architectural reviews and drive technical design decisions across the full stack.
Optimize performance through analysis, profiling, and system improvements.
Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and architectural discussions.
Modernize existing systems by identifying and implementing architectural improvements.
Design future-state architecture for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical requirements and implementation strategies.

Required Experience & Skills

Experience

7+ years hands-on experience in Microsoft stack application development.
Proven expertise in building complex, large-scale web applications in production.
Demonstrated technical leadership through expertise and hands-on contribution.

Technical Expertise

Advanced:
.NET/C#, SQL Server (performance tuning, optimization), HTML/JavaScript/CSS/jQuery.
Strong:
Angular/React, distributed systems, microservices architecture.
Cloud:
AWS (EC2, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway) or Azure (App Service, SQL Database, Functions, Service Bus).
API Design:
RESTful services, GraphQL.
DevOps:
CI/CD pipelines, containerization, deployment automation.
