Role Overview: You are sought after as a Lead/Staff AI Engineer to construct agentified platforms, GenAI applications, and APIs at enterprise scale. This role highlights AI/ML technical proficiency and hands-on development of intelligent systems and applications. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop enterprise-scale agentified platforms, GenAI applications, and APIs utilizing cutting-edge GenAI technologies. - Construct intelligent agents for scenarios such as customer service, appointment optimization, inventory management, marketing automation, data lineage/quality, and observability. - Lead AI/ML architectural decisions and establish technical standards for AI system development. - Develop scalable APIs for AI services, ensuring enterprise-grade reliability and performance. - Optimize AI system cost, latency, and scalability. - Research, prototype, and integrate emerging AI/ML technologies for the wellness industry. - Guide engineering teams on AI/ML best practices and agent development. Qualification Required: - 7+ years in software development with a full-stack engineering background. - 23+ years in AI/ML engineering, GenAI app development, and multi-agent design. - Demonstrated experience in deploying AI/ML models and agent systems at scale.
