In this role, you will drive GenAI-led service transformation and value chain innovation across large-scale IT outsourcing and digital transformation pursuits. You will collaborate with sales, delivery, and practice teams to create differentiated AI-led solution narratives, accelerate RFP responses, and engage with clients on how AI and GenAI can deliver measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities AI-led Solutioning Develop compelling proposals that position AI for end-to-end service transformation (automation of IT/Business Ops, AI-driven modernization, GenAI copilots for delivery). Shape narratives for AI in value chain innovation , showcasing GenAI use cases across industries (retail, manufacturing, BFSI, life sciences, etc.). Collaborate with practice teams to integrate AI Force and HCLTech accelerators into client solutions. Presales Leadership Lead RFP responses, orals, and proactive proposals with a focus on GenAI-enabled value differentiation . Drive thought leadership and create reusable GenAI-led sales assets (pursuit decks, case studies, PoV documents). Mentor and upskill presales team members on articulating GenAI solutions. Client Engagement Engage with CXOs, procurement, and technology leaders to translate business pain points into AI-enabled transformation roadmaps . Present AI-led solution strategies in orals, workshops, and analyst interactions. Collaboration & Governance Partner with Delivery, Practices, and AI/Analytics units to align solution feasibility and win themes. Ensure responsible AI positioning in all pitches, highlighting governance, ethics, and compliance. Qualifications & Experience 7+ years of experience in presales, solutioning, or consulting in IT services. Strong understanding of IT outsourcing models, digital transformation, and AI-led automation . Exposure to GenAI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, etc.) and enterprise AI adoption patterns. Proven track record of leading large RFPs/proposals and building differentiated solution narratives. Ability to work across cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders. Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, ITIL, PMP) would be an advantage Skills & Competencies Strong business acumen with ability to connect AI technology to business outcomes . Excellent storytelling and proposal writing skills, with the ability to make complex AI topics simple and client relevant. Familiarity with AI Force or equivalent enterprise AI frameworks is a plus.
