Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities -
Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, Translate functional and non-functional requirements into robust and scalable software solutions, Drive end-to-end technical delivery, ensuring timely execution of deliverables aligned with business objectives, Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Epic Engineers, and QA teams to deliver reliable and high-performing software products, Ensure architectural integrity and adherence to design principles to maintain software quality and long-term sustainability Skills & Experience: Lead Developer with 7+ years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years working in environments leveraging web technologies such as Angular, Strong hands-on expertise in C# with a solid grasp of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean code principles, Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), ensuring high-quality and maintainable code, Practical knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, along with an understanding of web security concepts, including authentication mechanisms, Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and core DevOps practices for streamlined delivery and operations, Proficient in using version control systems like Git or TFS for source code management, Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to tackling complex technical issues, Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, Experience with Teamplay Edge is a plus (applicable for internal job postings only),
