Lead Developer, Applications Programming - .NET

**Job Description:** As a Lead Developer, Applications Programming at TransUnion, you will be joining the T&E Team responsible for the feature development of Rental Screening web-based applications. The product is built on the Microsoft technology stack including .NET Core, C#, Angular, Web API, and SQL Server, with a web-based product and web/micro service-based backend engine. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop code, test, debug, maintain, modify, and install moderately complex software programs with limited direction. - Analyze technical requirements and make determinations for modifications or new programs/modules. - Develop program specifications, flowcharts, and internal program documentation. - Convey problems, solutions, updates, and project status to peers, customers, and management. - Prepare time estimates for assigned tasks and attend post-implementation reviews. **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in computer science or equivalent. - 10+ years of .NET development using Visual Studio. - 4+ years of work experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular development. - Experience with Database Development (SQL), REST Web Services, and ORM tools. - Experience with AWS Cloud, leading engineers through an Agile development process, and providing architectural direction. - Familiarity with leading team design sessions, technical estimation processes, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Experience with DevOps technologies in a cloud environment, .NET/TFS build automation, and test automation.
