Lead Developer - Angular

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Angular Lead to take charge of frontend development efforts. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Angular (v9+), a solid understanding of modern frontend technologies, and proven experience leading UI development in a customer-centric environment. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead frontend development using Angular (v9+) , ensuring high standards for responsiveness, usability, and performance . Translate business and user requirements into functional, visually appealing, and high-quality interfaces. Collaborate with customer stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine UI/UX requirements . Mentor and support junior frontend developers to foster team growth and capability. Drive adherence to coding standards , best practices, and frontend architectural principles. Ensure seamless integration with RESTful APIs and backend systems. Actively participate in agile ceremonies , planning sessions, demos, and customer interactions. Provide regular updates on development progress to both internal teams and customer stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of frontend development experience with strong command over Angular (v9+) . Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript , and modern responsive design techniques. Excellent understanding of component-based architecture and state management in Angular applications. Proven track record of customer-facing or consulting engagements . Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional and customer teams. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma) and build tools (e.g., Webpack, Angular CLI). Good to Have: Exposure to UI/UX design tools or processes. Experience with accessibility and performance optimization. Prior involvement in enterprise-scale applications or product development.
