Key Responsibilities

• Define
  Machine Learning and Deep Learning strategy for propensity and predictive models at scale.


• Architect
  solutions on Azure/AWS/GCP using Spark/Ray/Databricks.


• Implement
  Explainable AI (SHAP, LIME, Captum) for transparency and compliance.


• Drive
  A/B testing, uplift modelling, and causal inference frameworks.


• Build
  robust data pipelines (Airflow/Prefect) and enforce MLflow for experiment tracking and DVC for dataset versioning.


• Ensure
  production readiness with MLOps (CI/CD, monitoring, rollback).


• Communicate
  insights through data storytelling for business impact.


• Mentor
  senior and junior data scientists; enforce best practices.

Required Skills

• 7 10+
  years in Data Science; 4+ years leading production ML/DL.


• Python,
  SQL; ML/DL frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).


• Distributed
  computing (Spark, Ray), cloud ML platforms.


• MLOps
  tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, feature stores.


• Explainability:
  SHAP, LIME, Captum.


• Experimentation:
  A/B testing, uplift modelling, causal inference.


• Strong
  communication and leadership skills.
