Role Overview: You are sought after to join as a Senior Data Analyst in the Hyderabad office of the company. Your role will involve utilizing advanced SQL skills to analyze and manipulate complex datasets, developing and maintaining dashboards, collaborating on code using GitHub, providing strategic insights, managing data architecture, translating data findings into narratives, leading projects, and mentoring junior analysts. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize advanced SQL skills to query, analyze, and manipulate large datasets. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators. - Manage, version, and collaborate on code using GitHub. - Uphold data integrity and foster a collaborative environment through best practices. - Partner with stakeholders to define and answer critical business questions. - Work closely with data engineers to design and optimize data schemas and pipelines. - Translate complex data findings into compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences. - Lead analytical projects from end to end and mentor junior analysts. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics. - 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence. - Expert-level proficiency in SQL with a proven ability to write complex queries. - Strong understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT principles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. - Familiarity with Google data tools like BigQuery and Dremel. - Experience with statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design. - Curiosity and passion for finding insights from data. - Proficiency in scripting languages like App scripting, Python, or R would be an added advantage.
