Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor team members effectively. - Oversee daily performance and provide reports to management. - Communicate professionally and promptly with clients. - Support IT operations, service delivery, and ensure quality assurance. - Utilize image editing tools like Photoshop (experience is a plus). - Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
