We are looking for Team Lead-Data Annotation Operations-Noida Experience - 3+ Years Qualification - Graduation Responsibilities: Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring punctuality, productivity, and discipline. Assign and track tasks, resolve real-time issues, and maintain quality standards. Support onboarding, training, and SOP documentation. Act as the bridge between annotators and management, sharing daily reports and updates. Requirements: 3 years experience in team coordination/operations (data annotation preferred). Strong Hindi & English communication skills. Proficient in Google Sheets, annotation tools, and internal trackers. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and team-focused leader.
