Lead, Data Analytics Patient Services (US)

Role Overview As a member of Value Health, you will lead analytics and decision support for HUB / specialty pharmacy patient support and reimbursement programs. Your role will involve working closely with Market Access, Patient Services, Trade & Distribution teams to integrate predictive and causal AI models. By transforming complex data into actionable insights, you will drive improved patient access. Key Responsibilities - Design and deliver predictive models to identify trends in reimbursement, adherence, and conversion to paid therapy - Develop causal AI solutions to improve patient adherence by uncovering influencing factors - Create dashboards and reports that monitor the patient reimbursement journey, HUB operations, and specialty pharmacy performance - Measure efficiency and impact of patient support programs and recommend enhancements - Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and specialty data partners to translate business questions into analytics output - Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and ensure your recommendations align with best practices - Train and guide teams and external partners in analytics tools and insights usage Qualifications Required - Bachelors degree (or equivalent); advanced degrees a plus - 6+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare analytics - At least 3 years working with HUB / PSP / specialty pharmacy / trade data - Strong technical skills in SQL, Tableau / Power BI, data modeling, and predictive analytics - Experience with causal AI, machine learning, and statistical modeling - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present analytics-driven insights to leadership - Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities,
