Lead Data Analyst

The Lead Data Analyst is responsible for advanced data analysis and insight generation to support strategic decision-making across the enterprise. This role works with large, structured datasets and applies statistical and analytical techniques to uncover trends, forecast outcomes, and drive business performance.

Primary Responsibility:

Lead complex data analysis projects involving multiple data sources and business domains.

Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.

Apply statistical modeling and regression techniques to identify patterns and predict outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous validation and cleansing processes.

Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of analytics standards and best practices.

Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions.

Required Skills:

Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar analytical tools.

Strong experience with data visualization platforms and BI tools.

Deep understanding of data modeling, normalization, and analytics frameworks.

Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

8+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.

Experience working in global delivery models and offshore teams.

Exposure to cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
