Lead Data Analyst

The Technical Lead - Data Analysis role at Incedo involves analyzing and interpreting large and complex datasets to extract insights and identify patterns. Your responsibilities will include ensuring accurate, efficient, and scalable data analysis. Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing and interpreting complex data sets using statistical and data analysis tools, developing and implementing data-driven insights and solutions, creating and presenting reports and dashboards to stakeholders, collaborating with other teams to maintain data consistency and integrity, and providing guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts. To excel in this role, you must have proficiency in data wrangling and data cleaning techniques using tools like Python, R, or SQL. Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques such as hypothesis testing, regression analysis, or time-series analysis is crucial. Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is also required. Understanding data exploration and discovery techniques like clustering, anomaly detection, or text analytics are essential skills. Excellent communication skills are a must as you will be required to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. It is important to align with the company's long-term vision, be open to new ideas, and be willing to learn and develop new skills. The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks and priorities is also crucial for success in this role. The ideal candidate should have 7-9 years of work experience in a relevant field and hold a B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university, preferably with a computer science background. Full-time, permanent employment is offered for this role with a day shift schedule. A minimum of 10 years of experience in Python, SQL, statistical analysis, Tableau, and Power BI is preferred.
