Job Description

As a Lead Customer Success Engineer based in Hyderabad, India, you will play a crucial role in championing solutions (IoT devices + SaaS) to customers, particularly focusing on complex supply chain challenges. Your responsibilities will encompass various stages of customer engagements, from discovery to pre-sales to post-sales activities. Here is an overview of what will be expected from you: - Engage with customers throughout the entire process, including discovery, pre-sales activities, commercial deployments, customer onboarding, ongoing support, and education. - Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer challenges and document project requirements. - Prepare Solution Architecture documents to guide customers on product usage. - Provide account enablement by recommending suitable solutions based on customer needs. - Assist in demo preparation, customer onboarding, and sales enablement activities. - Work with customers, sales, and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. - Monitor customer deployments post-sales and address any issues promptly to ensure customer success. - Build and maintain a strong partnership with customers. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback effectively. - Stay updated on new solutions, educate customers, and identify opportunities for upselling. - Contribute to a technical knowledge base, develop application notes, and provide training to customers. - Support resellers and distributors with technical guidance and training. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. - Working expertise with IoT technologies like BLE and Cellular. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success, sales enablement, or solution engineering. - Proficiency in REST APIs, utilizing Postman collections, and API documentation. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly. - Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach. - Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical individuals in the logistics and supply chain industry. - Effective task prioritization and management in a fast-paced environment. - Hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to translate customer expectations into actionable plans. - Outcome-oriented with a high level of commitment and accountability towards customer expectations, deliveries, and timelines. Having experience in Embedded Application Development or Cloud Architecture and Solutions will be advantageous for this role. Additionally, you should be prepared for domestic travel ranging from 20% to 30% of the time.,
