We are seeking a Lead Customer Success Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, India. As a customer success engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering solutions (IoT devices + SaaS) to our valued customers. This position offers the opportunity to tackle complex supply chain challenges, contribute to the product roadmap, and drive product development and sales enablement initiatives. In this role, you will engage with customers throughout the entire lifecycle - from initial discovery and pre-sales to commercial deployment. Your responsibilities will include customer onboarding, ongoing support, and providing customer education. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer challenges, document project requirements, and create Solution Architecture documents to guide customers in utilizing our products effectively. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding customers towards the right solutions that align with their needs. You will assist in demo preparations, customer onboarding, and support the timely execution of proof of concepts (POCs) and commercial deployments. Building strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and product teams will be essential to ensuring seamless onboarding and customer success. Continuing beyond the sales phase, you will proactively monitor customer deployments, address any issues promptly, and ensure the overall success and satisfaction of our customers. Your role will involve nurturing a trusted partnership between our company and customers, as well as collaborating with product and engineering teams to relay valuable feedback from customers. Being up-to-date with new solutions and technologies will enable you to educate customers on maximizing their return on investment (ROI). You will also contribute to building a technical knowledge base, developing application notes, and providing training and education to customers, resellers, and distributors. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field and possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success, sales enablement, or solution engineering. Proficiency in IoT technologies such as BLE and Cellular, along with experience with REST APIs and API documentation tools like Postman, is required. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative approach are essential for success in this role. Additionally, having experience in embedded application development, cloud architecture, or relevant certifications will be advantageous. The role may require domestic travel of 20%-30% of the time.
