The role involves supervising daily counselling operations, ensuring lead conversions, and maintaining high standards of performance and team efficiency. The ideal candidate will be proactive, approachable, and capable of managing performance and providing leadership within a fast-paced admissions environment. Person Specification: Prior experience in a team supervisory or leadership role is essential. Proven track record in lead conversion, preferably in an admission counselling or sales environment. Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer databases. Strong administrative, time management, and organizational skills. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. High level of professionalism with a customer-centric approach. Attention to detail, with sensitivity to cultural and individual differences. Confident user of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). A team player with a willingness to support other functions when needed. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum: Graduate Degree (Any Stream). Preferred: Relevant work experience in student counselling/admissions domain.
