Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook.Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant_IBPResponsibilities:.Responsible for impalement & support Demand Planning related configurations like Forecast Models, Error Measures, ABC/XYZ segmentation.Responsible for impalement & support Supply Planning related activities like creation of Heuristic profile and the Master Data impacts..Must have Order Base Planning experience and knows about CIF (if not from RTI, at least from APO)..Responsible for IBP configuration like creating Key Figures, attributes, and other Planning Area related activities..Hands-on experience in Order Based Planning.Responsible for creating various operators like Copy Operator, Snapshot Operator etc..Supports CI-DS integration and triage data related issues.Supports RTI integration and triage data related issues.Supports OData integration and triage data related issues..Responsible for creating the IBP background application jobs.Responsible for creating functional specifications for ABAP / CI-DS team for new data flow requirements..Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues, and synthesize large amounts of information.Strong interpersonal, team building, organizational and motivational skills.Experience producing project deliverables (business requirements, functional specs, configuration document, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrices etc.)

Minimum Qualifications

.Graduation: B.Tech/B.E, MBA/MCA

.The candidate must be a self-starter, capable of multitasking and efficiently manage their time in a multifaceted environment with demanding deadlines while requiring minimal levels of supervision.
.Additionally, the candidate must possess excellent writing, speaking, analytical, project management, organizational, teamwork, and customer service skills that will assist them in identifying solutions to sophisticated security problems.Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive sophisticated, technical and highly commercial solutions.
