Lead Consultant - SAP Customer Service Module (CS)

We are currently seeking SAP Customer Service Module (CS) Professionals with the following areas of expertise: Technical/Functional Skills: - Strong SAP technical, configuration, and business area knowledge in CS module - Extensive knowledge of repairs processing, goods receipt, storage location and tracking, integration with SAP Sales Order processing and Finance aspects - Extensive knowledge of replacement processing including scrap and refurbishment processing - Equipment master setup, tracking, and integration with warranty tracking - Knowledge of service work orders, labor posting, material issues, and postings - Ability to translate user requests into application system solutions - Resolve business issues by collaborating with various groups within the company We are also looking for individuals with integration capabilities and cross-modular capability in SAP SD and MM/LE. Experience in Order Management OTC process, specifically on Master Data, Basic functions, Pricing, and more is desirable. Strong understanding and experience in the integration of CS and SD with MM, LE, and FI modules is also required. Experience Required: - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a customer environment and collaborate with remote project teams - Analytical skills to identify and solve problems - Experience in managing tasks and deliverables related to SAP implementation projects - Experience with testing and data migration Roles & Responsibilities: - Preparation of technical specification and test scripts - Participation in workshops to clarify technical questions - Proactive issue identification and recommendations for resolution - Maintain a high degree of knowledge in SAP technologies, business processes, and solutions At YASH, you will have the opportunity to create a career path while working in an inclusive team environment.
