Lead Consultant, Python Developer

We are currently seeking applications for the position of Lead Consultant, Python Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and delivering high-quality deliverables. Additionally, you should demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop program specifications and coded modules in compliance with specifications and client standards. - Capture requirements and design from Database, BI Setup, and Implementation. - Effectively communicate within a multi-disciplinary project team and with external agencies to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. - Collaborate with Products and Strategy teams to comprehend and develop Python codes for product policies. - Hands-on approach to understanding technical issues, building client relationships, establishing process rigor, and acting as a transformation evangelist. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - BE/B Tech/MCA - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Experience in Python and data analytics space. - Proficiency in Python programming with in-depth knowledge of pandas, numpy, flask, etc. - Experience in building Tableau/Power BI dashboards and creating customized dashboards for visual analytics. - Expertise in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with software design patterns, frameworks, unit testing, automated testing, performance/memory analysis. - Agile development techniques understanding and knowledge of systems engineering, build, and release management principles. - Provide thought leadership to clients across business and technical project dimensions. - Well-versed in designing applications and Infrastructure using various Application Servers, Databases, Security Managers, etc. - Knowledge and expertise in recent trends like Cloud, AI/ML, Microservices, etc. - Experience in configuring CICD pipelines using Github Actions or Jenkins. - Integration of development and deployment tools in Azure. - Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, Azure Service Bus, Cloud messaging system.
