Job Description

As a skilled Techno Functional Consultant with a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in OTM, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end OTM life cycle implementations. Your expertise will be vital in working with various OTM modules such as Shipment Management, Order Management, Business Process Automation, Finance Management, and Fleet Management. Your role will require you to possess the necessary knowledge to prepare mapping Integration and SOP documents, as well as the ability to write SQL statements for automation agents and reports. Your excellent customer interaction skills will be essential as you engage with clients, and your experience in handling enhancements will be beneficial in driving project success. Overall, your strong communication skills combined with your Techno Functional expertise will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.,
