As part of this initiative and due to parental leave cover, we are seeking an experienced Data Business Analyst on a contract basis who will play a pivotal role in driving this transformation.The RoleAs a Data Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the analysis for the data stream, continuing to shape the direction of that stream as it aligns to the program's vision. Your role will also be hands-on, encompassing technology, operating models and data involving multiple stakeholders across Macquarie divisions.Key Responsibilities.Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current state processes against desired future states, particularly focusing on data management.Define and refine requirements for data migration, aligning with broader strategic goals and compliance standards..Spearhead the refinement of features/stories.Navigate and manage a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple groups and divisions within Macquarie, ensuring alignment and addressing data concerns.Liaise and collaborate with several business and technology stakeholders, subject matter experts, quality assurance and developers to ensure team alignment.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications.experience as a business analyst, producing data requirements in a business context.Strong understanding of data governance and data quality best practices.Experience in data definition, data lineage and data quality measurement.Excellent stakeholder management skills, including preparing and delivering effective presentations.Proficiency in data analysis/ SQL with the ability to break down functional requirements into data requirements.Experience working in an Agile environment and working with distributed teams across different time zones..Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead from the front in a dynamic and fast-paced environment..Experience in client onboarding and KYC / AML domains would be an advantage
