Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant _ Coupa Techno Functional

In this role you need to support the, integration, and optimization of the Coupa platform. The consultant will serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure the Coupa system is tailored to meet business needs. You will be responsible for leading Coupa deployments, managing integrations with ERP and other systems, and providing ongoing support for functional configurations and technical enhancements.

Functional Responsibilities:
.Requirements Gathering:oWork with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for procurement, invoicing, and expense management processes.oTranslate business requirements into Coupa system configurations, ensuring they align with best practices..System Configuration:oConfigure Coupa modules such as Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, and Supplier Management to meet business needs.oDesign and configure approval workflows, user roles, and business rules to optimize procurement processes..Process Optimization:oReview existing procurement and spend management processes, providing recommendations for improvement.oEnsure alignment with procurement policies, compliance requirements, and organizational goals.oProviding Level 2 and Level 3 support and managing escalations as appropriate..Training & Support:oDevelop user training materials and conduct workshops for end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of Coupa.oProvide functional support for business users, troubleshoot issues, and assist with post-implementation support.

Technical Responsibilities:
.Integration Management:oLead the technical integration of Coupa with ERP systems (preferably JD Edwards) and other third-party platforms.oBuild and maintain data interfaces, ensuring accurate data flow between Coupa and external systems (API, flat files, middleware)..Custom Development:oDesign and develop custom scripts, reports, and dashboards within Coupa to meet specific business needs.oCollaborate with the IT team to manage custom enhancements, including scripting and API-based solutions..System Enhancements & Upgrades:oWork with Coupa's technical support team to manage system upgrades and new feature releases.oTest and deploy new functionalities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations..Troubleshooting & Technical Support:oProvide technical troubleshooting for integration issues, data inconsistencies, and other platform-related technical problems.oWork closely with Coupa support and IT teams to resolve technical issues..Data Management:oMaintain data synchronization between Coupa and other systems, managing error handling and correction processes

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
