Job Description

Role Overview: As a Lead Compensation and Benefits at Infosys BPM Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing the compensation and benefits strategy to attract and retain top talent. Your role will involve conducting market research, designing incentive programs, managing employee benefits, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research and salary surveys to ensure compensation packages remain competitive - Develop short-term and long-term incentive programs aligned with organizational goals and employee performance - Manage employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid leave - Negotiate with benefit providers, handle enrollments, and process claims - Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with compensation and benefits policies Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits role - Graduation and MBA in HR (Full Time) is mandatory - Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits practices - Excellent analytical and negotiation skills Please note: This job opportunity is for Bangalore location with a hybrid work mode.
