We're looking for an candidate to join our team in Bangalore. This is a hybrid role requiring two days in the office

You will report to the Manager, QA Engineering.

Technology You'll Use

• Must to have-Automation Tool knowledge (Java, Selenium, Rest Assured, Postman).
• Must to have - Performance testing
• Able to Design and develop test frameworks and maintain existing internal QA tools.
• Should be aware about the QA Processes.
• Good understanding of Microservice architecture

Your Role Responsibilities Here's What You'll Do

• Analyse and translate business requirements and user stories into test cases, testing suites, and testing scripts
• Leads testing, finds bugs, and takes initiative to fix bugs with developers
• Ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a QA team. Provide guidance and support for career development.
• Create and maintain detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases

• Holds expert-level experience and uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
• Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Exercises judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
• Leverages business acumen and subject matter expertise.
• Thorough understanding of Informatica's business priorities, strategy, and direction.

Role Essentials

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in software development, testing and automation framework development
