Job Summary This position provides input, support, and performs full systems life cycle management activities (e.g., analyses, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, implementation of systems and applications software, etc.). He/She participates in component and data architecture design, technology planning, and testing for Applications Development (AD) initiatives to meet business requirements. This position provides input to applications development project plans and integrations. He/She collaborates with teams and supports emerging technologies to ensure effective communication and achievement of objectives. This position provides knowledge and support for applications development, integration, and maintenance. He/She provides input to department and project teams on decisions supporting projects. Responsibilities: Performs systems analysis and design. Designs and develops moderate to highly complex applications. Develops application documentation. Produces integration builds. Performs maintenance and support. Supports emerging technologies and products. Leading Junior & Intermediate & Senior Engineers Primary Skills: Azure/Google cloud platform Kubernetes Apigee Identity Management Microservices .Net Core Web API Application performance scaling Relational Databases DevSecOps Proficiency Secondary Skills: Technical Communication/Presentation Creatively develops tools, visual aids and other original content to support the understanding/education of complex and technical information (e.g., legal, operational risk, and regulatory data). Utilizes knowledge of the organizations business model and operations to drive high impact projects and complex analyses that support the organizations mission. Leverages deep understanding of the policies, practices, trends and information that impact the organization and its customers to plan for future projects. Utilizes knowledge of the business and financial impact of decisions/solutions to drive high-impact projects that support the organization and contribute to financial performance. Guides others on the best practices and approaches for creating clear, concise and organized communication materials to convey technical concepts in a user-friendly way. Challenges others to bring fresh and creative perspective to differentiating technical communications and ensuring comprehension and ease-of-use for various audiences. Industry Knowledge Demonstrates advanced understanding of the industry and its performance by remaining current on leading trends and interacting with industry stakeholders Serves as an expert on industry issues, including trends and challenges or concepts; provides guidance and expertise on unique situations. Guides customers and key stakeholders on selection and application of industry products/services, enabling them with the proper tools, resources and knowledge for successful implementation.
