Lead Civil

Role Overview: As the Lead Civil for the AI/Data Centre project in Jamnagar, Gujarat, your primary responsibility is to oversee all civil and structural works. You will play a crucial role in developing high-performance, resilient, and sustainable infrastructure to support advanced computing environments. Your leadership will ensure the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of civil works in compliance with Data Center design standards and industry best practices. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and coordination throughout the design, construction, and commissioning phases to ensure seamless integration with mechanical and electrical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, design review, and execution of civil and structural works specific to data centre infrastructure including foundations, superstructures, drainage, and external works. - Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, and electrical teams to align civil works with data centre layouts, equipment loads, and cooling system requirements. - Review design drawings, specifications, and method statements to ensure compliance with data centre standards and local regulations. - Supervise and monitor construction activities to uphold quality, safety, and environmental standards. - Implement QA/QC procedures to maintain construction precision suited for mission-critical environments. - Ensure seamless integration of civil works with underground utilities, cable routes, and site access for data centre operations and maintenance. - Manage contractors and subcontractors by providing clear direction, technical oversight, and performance evaluations. - Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, identifying and mitigating risks or delays proactively. - Support initiatives related to value engineering, sustainability, and energy efficiency in civil design and execution. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. - Proven experience in managing civil and structural works for data center projects. - Strong knowledge of Data Center design standards and local regulations. - Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.,
