Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome passengers onboard and direct them to their seats.
Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate emergency procedures.
Ensure the cabin is clean, secure, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Monitor and ensure passengers comply with safety regulations (e.g., seat belts, electronics).
Serve meals, snacks, and beverages during the flight.
Assist passengers with special needs, such as elderly or disabled travelers.
Handle in-flight emergencies, including medical situations and evacuations.
Provide reassurance and assistance in case of turbulence or unexpected delays.
Complete flight reports and safety documentation after each flight.

Preferred candidate profile

Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset).
Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
