Lead C++ Developer

Key Responsibilities: - Proficient in architecting solutions for complex applications - Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in development in C++ - Define, analyze, and document complex requirements - Understanding of SOLID Principles and strong design concepts - Experience in embedded systems design with preemptive, multitasking real-time operating systems - Collaborate with global stakeholders for product development - Coach and mentor talent on development best practices - Excellent knowledge of Operating System Fundamentals, interfaces, and hardware subsystems - Experience in printer domain and RESTful architecture is a plus - Ability to work with technical complexities across different programming languages and frameworks - Lead end-to-end project initiatives by creating JIRA stories and defining acceptance criteria Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in C, C++ - Strong grasp of Software Design Concepts - Experience with Git and Agile Development Methodologies - Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills - Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills - Experience leading a team of at least 5 - Candidates with B.Tech or M Tech degree are preferred Additional Details about the Company: In Time Tec has made significant investments to create a stimulating environment for its employees to grow.
