Lead C++ Developer

**Job Description** You will be part of the team at NerdAppLabs, a company at the forefront of the Commercial Open Source Industrial IoT (IIoT), Edge AI/ML, and GenAI/LLM sectors. Your role will involve contributing to the development of an advanced platform for Industrial Data Pipelines, Insights, and Actions, shaping the future of technology in a rapidly growing and innovative setting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement software for Linux-based systems following requirements through to production. - Create reusable, efficient, and scalable C/C++ and Go code. - Develop, code, test, and debug software to ensure high quality. - Review and write code, unit tests, and documentation to facilitate effective collaboration. - Analyze system resources, support software quality assurance, and optimize I/O performance. - Interface with various protocols, hardware design, and development to achieve seamless integration. **Qualifications Required:** - Expertise and proven working experience in C++, Go, and Linux. - Strong programming skills in C, Go, Modern C++, and Bash scripting. - Familiarity with software configuration management and defect tracking tools. - Excellent knowledge of OS coding techniques, ARM architectures, interfaces, and hardware subsystems. - Experience in object-oriented design and microservices architectural practices. - Proficiency in Golang and C Python interoperability concepts is advantageous. - B.Tech./B.E. degree in Computer Science with a minimum of 10 years of experience in C++ Programming. - Thorough understanding of standard libraries, JSON/RESTful API, SQL, and database servers.
