Lead Business Analyst - SalesForce

You should have a minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on experience as a business analyst specializing in CRM applications within the financial services industry. It is essential to have a minimum of 3-5 SFDC end-to-end implementations experience. Possessing SalesForce certifications 201 would be desirable for this role. Hands-on experience with SalesForce configuration is a must. You must have a solid understanding of SFDC CRM application capabilities, particularly in Sales Cloud (mandatory) and Service Cloud (good to have), including their constraints. Experience in business process mapping and translating requirements into solutions is crucial. You should also have experience in leading requirement gathering sessions and documenting processes. Exposure to structured software development life-cycle methodology, preferably Agile or Iterative development, is required. Working with multi-cultural teams in a geographically diverse environment is part of the job. Managing client expectations and scope is essential, along with excellent communication skills to explain technical aspects in a business-friendly manner. As a self-starter, you should be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think laterally to find solutions are necessary. Developing and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders is a key aspect of this role. You should be willing to travel overseas at short notice as per project requirements.
